Creating a Scheme 1. Select a Layout for the color scheme. A blank color scheme is displayed in the center portion of the browser window. 2. Select a color from the palettes in the lower portion of the window. The Selected Color is displayed with a white and black background. 3. Click the area of the Current Color Scheme you want to paint the selected color. 4. Continue steps 2 and 3 until the color scheme is complete. 5. If you want to print the color scheme, click Print Scheme. The scheme is displayed in a separate window. Click the Print button inside that window. 6. If you want to save the scheme for rework or comparison, click Save Scheme. The saved color scheme is displayed in the left portion of the window.		Entering a Color Manually or Adjusting the Selected Color You can adjust the selected color by changing the RGB (red, green, blue) values--as decimal numbers or as a hexadecimal string--or by entering a color name. (Currently, the 140 "standard" HTML names are supported.) When you have made the desired changes, click Apply or press the Enter key. Loading a Saved Scheme To make a saved scheme current for rework or printing, click the Load button next to the saved scheme. Nudging RGB Values Up or Down To nudge the RGB values of the selected color up or down, enter an amount in the Nudge By box. Then click the red, green, or blue up or down arrow. To nudge al three colors, click the tricolor up or down arrow.	hide

To Get Started...

3.	Click an area of the Current Color Scheme.
4.	Continue steps 2 and 3 until the color scheme is complete.
5.	To print the color scheme, click Print Scheme.
6.	To save the scheme for rework, click Save Scheme.
